　つぶだちが特徴的な、炊き上がりはもちろん冷めてからでも甘味を感じるお米です。冷めても美味しいお米です！この機会に、山形の新しいお米、雪若丸を一度ご賞味ください。

　稲自体の力を引き出し、土づくりからの農業を目指しています。特に、田植え後１，２週間以内に、浅水にして株を大きく育てます。疎植で風通し良く大きく育てた稲は陽光で大きく育ちます。
　土づくりは、生物環境材を散布して環境を浄化し、生き物の沢山育つ田んぼに作り上げます。このように最高の品質を目指して、日々の積み重ねを大切にしながら栽培取り組んでいます。

さっそくいただきました。光ってもちもちして、お米一粒一粒がしっかりと味わいのある。手塩にかけられて作られたお米だと感じます。本当に美味しい。梅干しや漬物やイワシの丸干し、山形のだしをおかずに白い飯を堪能しています。お米の旨さを多くの人に味わってほしいですね。生産者の皆さんのご苦労の結晶だと感じました。

"Sun-dried, hand-tied rice, 5kg of premium quality "Yukewakamaru," from the 2023 harvest in Kawasei, Yamagata. This rice has a distinctive texture and sweetness, even when cooled down. It is delicious whether eaten hot or cold. We aim to bring out the full potential of the rice plant and focus on agriculture from soil preparation. After planting, we grow our rice plants in shallow water for the first one or two weeks, allowing them to grow taller. The plants are grown widely spaced apart to allow good air flow, and are exposed to sunlight to grow larger. We use bacteria to clean up the environment and create a rice field where many living things can thrive. We are committed to cultivating rice with the best possible quality, through daily efforts and dedication. We have received positive feedback from customers who have tried our rice, describing it as shiny, chewy, and with a rich flavor. Our rice is perfect with pickled plums, pickles, dried sardines, or with Yamagata-style soup stock.
